Parnayama se hamare respiratory system sahi se work karta h or virus phle hamare respiratory system pr hi attract karta h fir hame breathe me problem start hota h agr aap parnayma apne daily routine me aapnay the virus ke bach skte h. Parnayama hamare immune system ko increase karta h jisse kisi bhi trh ke virus se bacha ja skta h. Parnayama se apne puri body me oxizen ke leval ko increase kar skte h. 
Jisse kisi bhi bimari se bachne ke liy chahiy. Agr pipe me water ka floo sahi se chalta h to tik rhta h agr kahi bhi kai lg jati h to water ka floo kam ho jata h or waha se jo bhi water nikalega o bhi kharab kar dega. Tik vese hi hamare body me bhut se veins h jisse blood flow karte h lekin kahi bhi Victoria collect hone lage to waha se jo blood jayega o bhi  kharab ho jayge.parnayama se hamare body se toxin nikalte h or jo bhi gandi hamare body me jate h o toxin se bahar nikal jate h jisse bimar nii parte h.
